Our policy lasts within 7 days after the receiving date of the item(s). If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately you aren't eligible for return.

 No refunds. We offer store credit only via gift card towards your next purchase when items are eligible for return. You will get the full amount minus the shipping cost back to your gift card . The shipping cost will go towards the return label that we will send you after your return is approved of being eligible. 

At this time, there will NOT be any exchanges.

YOU MUST CONTACT US IF A RETURN IS NEEDED.

To be eligible for a return your items must be unworn, unwashed, stainless and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the tags still on the items.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for store credit such as; waist trainers/trimmer, fitness accessories and equipment.
